The project brief was to re-instate a long derelict dividing wall between two properties. The existing wall line was to be moved and the little remaining stone (the majority of the stone had been robbed out) to be used in the construction of the new wall.
The majority of the stone was from what was found in and around the two houses. The stone type was cobbles, quarried sandstone and millstone grit with the majority of the packing comprising of small cobbles collected whilst digging over the garden. Wall dimensions 26 inches at the base, 13 inches at the top with a height of 4' 6".
